Dr. David Wong is the chair of the Premier’s Council on Healthy Child Development and has practiced as pediatric consultant in Summerside, Prince Edward Island since 1986. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Paediatric Society
Robyn Brehaut began her career as a doula and birth educator in Ottawa in 2001, where she worked and trained with the doula care community and taught in the Doula Certification Training Program. She is currently the Chair of B.O.R.N (Birth Options Research Network), a member of PEI's Pregnancy, Birth and Infancy Network and a mother of three.
Chris Ortehburger is a Leader with La Leche League in Prince Edward Island and as such is an experienced breastfeeding mother who is trained to provide up-to-date breastfeeding information, encouragement, and support.
Melanie Walsh-Fraser is a Leader with PEI's La Leche League in Charlottetown. She is an experienced breastfeeding mother of three and is trained to help mothers nurse their babies by providing support and information.
Yvonne Gallant is coordinator of the family resource centre Cap Enfants located in Wellington, PEI.
Aggi-Rose Reddin is a member of the PEI Children's Environmental Health Network, the PEI Environmental Health Co-op and has considerable experience in environmental health. She is a mother of two sons, Max and Jesse.
Alice Taylor has more than thirty years of experience as an early childhood educator, college instructor and life coach. Taylor counts the Queens Jubilee medal among her many awards for teaching excellence and outstanding work with children and families. She is a member of the Premier’s Council on Healthy Child Development.
